The Manzoni Cross was created in the 1930s by Professor Luigi Manzoni, pollinating Pinot Bianco with Rhine Riesling. It takes its body from Pinot Bianco, while acidity and aromas from Riesling. Sapid and mineral, it gives its best after a few years in the bottle.
